Our Commitment to Education, Life Skills and Character
Payson Academy of Excellence is a Christian academy serving Payson, Arizona. We accept third grade to sixth grade students. Currently we have 6 spots available. The first day of classes for the new year will begin on August 10, 2026.
Parents can register their child/children in our academy any time during the year since our school offers year around classes. We do accept student registrations online.
We are using the Acellus Academy online accredited teaching program for all our students. To gain the skills needed in our technological world, our students need to have the opportunity to excel using computers, AI, STEM, and robotics. Through Acellus Academy online learning, they will have the opportunity to excel in all these areas.
We also offer in class instruction for Bible classes, penmanship, reading books out loud during circle time, Life Skills, and Public Speaking. Parents can choose the curriculum they prefer for their child/children to learn from, as there are many class options for your children.
We focus on English, Grammar, Reading, Phonics, Penmanship, Mathematics, Social Studies, History, Geography, Biblical Studies, Science, and Health.
We believe that the Word of God is the standard and foundation for truth. We aim to instill godly character, integrity, honor and respect in all aspects of our students' training.

Academy Schedule
Are you interested in our 2026-2027 academy schedule? We share pertinent information to parents through our yearly calendar.
The Calendar will show you our class schedule, our parent-teacher meetings throughout the year, when report cards are given, holidays off and parents have the flexibility to design the students school schedule around their families' needs. Parents will receive a printed and laminated school calendar at registration.
Resources for Parents
We understand the importance of parental involvement in your child's education. That's why we encourage parents to meet with us four times a year at parent-teacher conferences to discuss positive changes we can make in our academy to improve our learning environment. Together, we can support these students in reaching their full potential.
