Payson Academy of Excellence
We are using the Christian Acellus Academy online accredited teaching courses. We also offer in class instruction for Bible classes, penmanship, reading books out loud during circle time, Life Skills Classes, and Public Speaking. Parents can choose the class curriculum they prefer for their child/children to learn from, as there are many class options for your children.
We focus on English, Grammar, Reading, Phonics, Penmanship, Mathematics, Social Studies, History, Geography, Biblical Studies, Science, and Health.
We believe that the Word of God is the standard and foundation for truth. We aim to instill godly character, integrity, honor and respect in all aspects of our students' training.

Arts & Crafts
Coloring & Drawing
11am to 11:30am
Math Class
Mathematics: Math Games and Math coursework. This course will be primarily taught through Acellus Academy online with interactive activities and lessons.
12:15pm to 12:30pm
Life Skills
Teaching about character, respect, healthy habits, communication, self-worth, and confidence.
1:20pm to 1:50pm
Social Studies
History, Geography, or Government. This course will be through Acellus Academy online with interactive activities and lessons.
10am-10:30am
Bible Class
Bible Story.
Worship Songs and Prayer
11:30am to 11:45am
Penmanship
Learning to have excellent handwriting to use in all class coursework and essays.
12:30pm to 1pm
Language Arts Class
English, Spelling, Reading, Phonics, Word Games, and Coursework. This course will be through Acellus Academy online with interactive activities and lessons.
1:50pm to 2:15pm
Social Emotional Class
The teacher chooses a subject to discuss while waiting for the students to be picked up. Topics of discussion will be on Politeness, Respect, Compassion, Integrity, Good Behavior vs Bad Behavior, Self-Control, Taking Responsibility for their Actions, Honoring Parents, Showing Appreciation, Healthy Eating Habits, Importance of Exercise, & Cleanliness.
10:30am-11am
Science Class
Understanding the world around us and how things work. This course will be through Acellus Academy online with interactive activities and lessons.
11:45am to 12:15pm
Lunch Break
Meals and drinks brought from home will be given to the students. If your child has any allergies, please let us know.
1pm to 1:20pm
Circle Reading Time
We sit in a circle and take turns reading a story out-loud to build confidence, social skills, improve reading skills, and public speaking.
2pm to 2:30pm
Pickup Time
Class ends at 2pm Monday through Friday. Students will need to be picked up by their parents or dropped off at their home. Drop-offs will not begin until all students have been picked up.
